Lease terms

Income: You must make a combined take home income of at least two times the monthly rent. (student loans, scholarships and or parents' income will be accepted as part of the income for the current students). You must have a stable and verifiable income. You Must be able to provide your 8 weeks of paystubs if you are not student. You must be able to provide actual 4 months of bank statements if you do not have paystubs. Rental History: You cannot have an open bankruptcy case, been evicted, or owe a previous landlord money. Criminal Screening: You cannot have been convicted of any felonies. A criminal background check, rental history, eviction, and employment check will be conducted for each Applicant and Occupant eighteen (18) years of age or older. Renters with dog(s) will be required to have pet liability insurance AND pay a pet security deposit of $300 per dog. Documentation You'll Need to complete application: $35 check per adult. Valid government-issued photo identification You need to show your Social Security Card
