Our 2/2 unfurnished waterfront townhouse apartment provides casual Florida living on the Fort Pierce inlet. Included with the beautiful view is a private sand beach with kayak storage and launching area, a dock with 26 ft boat slips available soon, renovated with an additional 12 ft X 35 ft slip for rent, all within minutes East by boat to the Atlantic Ocean for tournament class fishing or West to the Indian River Basin for calmer waters. Also, we must mention the excellent fishing from the renovated dock with a shaded cleaning station, no boat required. Our apartment is Unit C-5 in La Entrada del Mar (Entrance to the Sea) condominium which is a small friendly complex with a heated waterfront swimming pool, shady tiki hut, recently remodeled clubhouse with a full kitchen, rest rooms and community laundry, all to be found at 1300 Seaway Drive, South Hutchinson Island, Fort Pierce, FL 34949 in St. Lucie County. The Fort Pierce Jetty Park and ocean beaches are a nice walk away as are casual/fine dining and shopping. Just over the high level bridge is historic downtown Fort Pierce where you will find frequent waterfront festivals, the restored Sunrise Theater with top quality entertainment, additional dining, shopping and much more. Our apartment has inlet water views from living space including two screened balconies, full major appliances, tiled foyer, kitchen, dining and bath floors with carpet elsewhere. The apartment interior is unfurnished, ready for your personal touch and it is available immediately following the application process which requires Association approval and a $150 fee. The rent is only $1,950 per month in advance including convenient assigned off-street parking, water, sewer, and trash, The move-in is $4,400 including first/last month rent and a $500 security deposit with a minimum lease period of six months (sorry, no smoking or pets).
