Limit 2 per renter. Must be at least 12 months old, house-trained, and well-behaved. Parking: Free parking for 2 vehicles is available. No boats or trailers allowed. No parking on the grass. Security Cameras: For your safety and ours, there is a Ring doorbell at the front door and an exterior camera on the garage. No cameras inside. Please Note: * Community amenities such as the pool, playground, and dining areas are managed by the HOA and are subject to availability.
