Available June 1. SHOWING by appointment only. SMALL 1BR in quiet, secure bldg. Basement apt, but only down 1/2 story, so it's a bit dark (but not gloomy) basement. :) $1500 includes heat & hot water, and well-behaved PETS considered! (Pls describe yours. Dogs are considered, but had to put "ok" in the ad) This is a smoke free, quiet building. Apt is SMALL but fully renovated recently. Full sized stainless appliances. Bath was renovated as well. Unfortunately, a previous tenant broke shower door, so glass has been replaced with shower curtain. All rooms are now light gray and flooring is also light gray wood-look laminate. It is a basement apartment, so keep that in mind. Dehumidifier provided for tenant use. First 3 photos show kitchen. 4 is hall from kitchen toward bath & BR. Next 3 are bath. Then BR. LR is last, which is actually where you enter, and is where I was standing when took 1st kitchen pic. Apt is small, so photos do show everything! But very cute space when decorated well. Shared yard with bike rack.
