Pets are allowed with prior approval for small (under 20lbs) hypoallergenic dogs, requiring acknowledgment of a pet fee and an addendum to the reservation. Parking is available for up to 6 vehicles on the driveway or road. Linens and bath towels are included, and there is an on-site washer and dryer for guest use.
Located on Sugar Creek, the home is conveniently situated just 1/4 mile from the boat ramp, a convenience store, and a marina that provides all your boating and fishing needs, including fuel.
Smoking is not allowed inside the home, screen porch, or deck, but is permitted outside those areas. Guests are asked not to leave cigarette butts on the grounds. Only those listed in the guest party may stay overnight. The primary guest must be at least 30 years old and will be the responsible party. Special events such as parties, weddings, and reunions are not permitted. Guests agree not to have more than 15 people at the home at any time without owner's consent; violation will result in forfeiture of stay and rental payment. Guests will keep the property and furnishings in good order and return any moved furniture to its previous location. Appliances should only be used for their intended purposes. The property is equipped with wireless internet service. Vehicles parked illegally are subject to towing at the owner's expense. Guests are responsible for bringing beach towels, and bath towels and linens are not permitted on boats or the dock. Please remove sheets from beds and place them on the floor next to the bed on the morning of departure. The fireplace is a traditional wood-burning type; please do not throw paper or other combustible materials in it. The septic system can clog if improper materials are flushed; do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Flushing feminine products could result in damages up to $500.00. Refunds for storms or hurricanes are only given if mandatory evacuations are ordered by state or local authorities for the guest's area of residence or the warning area. Garbage pickup is on Monday; please ensure all garbage fits in the cans and is rolled to the street for collection on Sunday evening.
