One person, no pets. We are on well and septic. If the septic needs servicing, the charge is divided by the number of people. If the well runs dry in the summer, more than twice, I will provide your own tank behind the house and you will be responsible for your own water. The house is all electric and separately metered; you are responsible for paying your share of the electricity based on your usage, monthly. Guests can only stay a maximum of 3 nights per week (due to water constraints). There are 4 separate houses on the property, we share a bonfire, an outdoor clubhouse with sink and barbecue area, there is an outdoor bathroom and an apple orchard. We are all very quiet. It's a beautiful property.
