Easy street permit parking is available nearby and on site reserved private parking is available for $150/month. Pets are welcome with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. In lieu of a security deposit, there is a $500 move in fee. Application fee is $40 and goes directly to the background check company, with no other associated fees. Total costs due at lease signing include first month's rent, move in fee, and any applicable pet or private parking fees.
