Plenty of thermal mass in the house to keep it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Its a very comfortable, quiet home.
House is full of custom details with adobe mud walls and adobe bricks. I'm the owner-builder of this home and lived in it for many years.
Also, I've never used any artificial chemicals for cleaning, washing, or fragrance, and would have the same requirements for a renter.
