This is the "in-law unit" on the lower level of a two-story single-family home. It has a completely separate entrance from the upstairs quarters.… There is soundproofing between the two stories which helps enormously if you have family or guests visiting.
While it is legally a 2 bedroom unit because it has closets in both bedrooms (BTW, with closet organizers!), the bedroom off the kitchen/dining area is best used as a dedicated office/sitting room.
There is substantial storage throughout the quarters.
While there is a washer and dryer there is also the option to hang out your clothes and in the winter there is a clothes rack in the W/D room to hang items best not put in the dryer.
