Lease terms

Lease Term: Minimum 2-year lease required. Rent: Monthly rent to be agreed upon in the final lease agreement. Security Deposit: Required. Amount to be determined in accordance with Oregon law and based on tenant qualifications. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including but not limited to electricity, gas, water, sewer, garbage, internet, and any other services associated with the property. Maintenance & Repairs: Tenant is responsible for routine maintenance and upkeep of the property. Landlord responsible for major structural repairs in accordance with Oregon landlord-tenant law. Use of Property: Property to be used in compliance with all local, county, and state regulations Insurance: Tenant to maintain renters insurance throughout the lease term. Alterations: No major alterations or modifications without prior written consent from landlord. Compliance: Tenant agrees to comply with all Oregon landlord-tenant laws (ORS Chapter 90) and any applicable licensing or regulatory requirements tied to the use of the home. Occupancy: Occupancy to comply with all applicable local and state regulations. Pets/Additional Terms: To be discussed and outlined in final lease agreement.
