You will sign a lease agreement with our property Mgr. This would be a long term rental lease up to 9 months from April 11 to December 31 and available again on April 1, 2027. Dates are negotiable. In the past several renters have so loved our house that they leave for 3 months then come back! We have helped the renters find a temporary place to rent while we're here then they return to this house. Dog friendly, fenced in area, doggie door.

The house includes a screen back porch and open front porch. Everyone who has stayed in the house has been wowed by the property and the house! LONG TERM RENTERS HAVE LOVED THIS SECLUDED HIDEAWAY. The rent is $1900. The usual long term rental conditions apply: security deposit, returnable security and pet deposit, tenant supplies bedding, linens, etc.
