Other things to note Starter Kit: To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter kit with essential items. Depending on the length of your stay, you may need to restock supplies. Included in the starter kit: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom 1 travel-size shampoo & conditioner per bathroom 1 hand soap per bathroom 3 trash bags 1 dish soap 1 sponge 3 dishwasher pods 3 laundry pods 1 roll of paper towels Coffee & sugar Guest Verification: For the safety of all guests, we may request a valid government-issued photo ID after booking. This is for verification purposes only. Additional Guests: If extra guests are found staying on the property without prior approval, a $50 per person, per night fee will apply. Reservations may also be subject to cancellation through Airbnb for violating house rules. Check-in / Check-out: Early check-in or late check-out is available for $50 per hour. Pet Policy: Welcoming up to 2 pets at $75 each with approval required prior to arrival. - Pets must remain leashed outdoors. - Pets cannot be left unattended at any time. - Pets are not allowed on furniture and carpeted areas. - Guests are responsible for cleanup. Failure to follow pet rules (e.g., unauthorized approval of pets, pets on furniture, excessive mess, or unattended pets) may result in an additional cleaning/damage fee of $250 $450.
