The property location provides close access to the 91, 5, and 605 freeways. This property borders Cerritos so you have close access to the shopping and dining district on South Street. Additionally, there are many parks within minutes along with Cerritos College. This property has undergone a significant renovation approximately 3 years ago with the first renters vacating recently. Structurally, this property has a brand new main water line, new electrical wiring and outlets, and a new gas line. The roof is approximately 8 years old and the central air conditioning and heating was installed approximately 7 years ago. Additionally, the old walls and ceilings were all demolitioned and new walls and ceilings were constructed. The kitchen has new quartz countertops, cabinets, and sink. The laundry room is currently being constructed and should be ready in approximately 2 months.
