Pets are welcome! Schoolhouse Lofts has been designed with features for our furry friends including an indoor pet wash with a groomer's dryer and a professionally designed off leash play area! We allow up to 2 pets per unit, only one of which can be a dog (no breed or weight restrictions!). There is a monthly pet fee of $25 and $500 refundable pet security deposit.
