Lease terms

Rent: $1,400 per month Security Deposit: $1,400 (due before move in) Lease Term: 12 months Application: All applicants 18 years of age and older must complete an application and pass a credit, criminal background, eviction history, income, and rental history screening. Income Requirement: Household income must be at least three times the monthly rent. Pets: Pets are considered on a case by case basis with prior approval. A maximum of two pets is permitted. A $350 nonrefundable pet fee and $250 refundable pet deposit are required for each approved pet. Breed restrictions may apply. Smoking: No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Parking: Yard parking is available. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities, including electricity, gas, water, sewer, trash, internet, and lawn maintenance. Maintenance: Tenant is responsible for keeping the home clean, promptly reporting maintenance issues, replacing HVAC filters as required, and maintaining the yard and landscaping. Move In Costs: First month's rent and the security deposit are due prior to move in.
