This unit has a kitchen granite counters with a living area & a queen-sized bed located in the separate bedroom. It comes with all utilities included and is equipped with a washer/dryer in the unit. High-speed internet access is also provided, catering to both leisure and professional needs. Enjoy the full-sized bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is equipped for your convenience, with a microwave/convectional oven combo, an air fryer, and a Ninja Foodie multi-cooker, along with a charcoal grill. You will find a full-sized refrigerator and plenty of cabinet space, to meet all your culinary needs. As you walk out the door, you are greeted with a large 8x8 brick patio with a brick private walkway that leads to the parking area in the front of the home.
