All utilities are included and a $2000 security deposit is required, which will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damages are inflicted. The home rents for $5,300 a week (7 days) or $7,500 for a month (30 days). Renters are responsible for the entire property during your stay; any damage will be assessed by the property manager and deducted from the security deposit. Renters will have access to kayaks, a brand-new pickleball court and professional clay tennis court.
