Barrineau Place is within walking distance of the family pool at Bradenton, adult pool at Fernandina, and the Bonifay Country Club where you will find a Championship golf course.
When you enter the home, it has an open feeling due to the triple sliding glass door that is at the back of the living room. This door leads to a spacious outdoor Lani.
