Small to medium sized, house trained dogs ( 40 Lbs.) are permissible with a $200 non-refundable pet deposit and a $40 a month (per pet) up to a maximum of three pets. This is a no smoking house. Renter is responsible for all utilities along with trash and recycling as well as general landscape maintenance (lawn mowing, leaf pick up and snow clearing.) The home is unfurnished and does not come with a washer or dryer (hook-ups available.) New dishwasher and fridge included along with a stove/oven. House has a new central gas fired furnace which is ducted to each room but no AC. First and last months' rent due at signing. This lease is for a one year duration.

We allow pets with a pet deposit and a nominal monthly fee. The property is currently occupied until 6/20/26 so please do not disturb the tenants.
