Nestled in a quiet, garden-filled pocket southwest of downtown Fort Lauderdale, this cottage offers a peaceful escape while remaining close to the city's heart. Explore the famed Las Olas Boulevard with its restaurants, boutiques, and galleries, or visit the museums and dining options downtown. The beaches and waterways of Fort Lauderdale are also within easy reach, and convenient shopping and dining are nearby.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. No pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed indoors, but outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building with windows and doors closed. Events and parties are not allowed. Guests must provide a photo of a valid ID matching the reservation name before receiving check-in instructions. Full names of guests must be provided upon booking. One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only; a $500 fine applies for violations. Exterior cameras capture audio and video for guest safety, and tampering with them incurs a $1000 fine. Guests are not permitted to adjust mounted TVs. Luggage drop-off is available. Check-in is contactless and self-service, any time 4 PM or later. Check-out is at 11 AM, with an option for a 12 PM noon checkout for an additional $25 fee, if requested by 9 PM the night before. Initial supplies of consumables and towels/linens are provided; additional items are available for a fee. Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors. A $500 fine applies for smoking violations. No parties/events/gatherings are allowed, and any guest/group found having one will be required to leave immediately without a refund, with a $500 fine for violation. Any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine and may lead to immediate cancellation without a refund. A $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet applies if pets are approved prior to booking, with specific rules regarding waste disposal, leashing, and damage responsibility. Guests are mandated to refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout.
