This freestanding cottage offers a private, peaceful, and refreshingly light-filled oasis. The comfortable bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, plush linens, and a TV. The open, vaulted-ceiling living area features a sofa and abundant natural light, with glass French doors opening to the garden and outdoor seating. The kitchen includes island seating, white cabinetry, a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and full dishware. Air conditioning is provided throughout, and high-speed Wi-Fi is available.
On-site parking is available and a car is recommended to make the most of your stay. Additional consumables, such as toiletries, coffee, and paper products, are provided initially, with additional supplies available for a small fee. Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee. Pets are welcome with a $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Early check-out at 12 PM noon is available for an additional $25 fee, and early check-in or bag drop-off may be available upon request and approval.

The famed Las Olas Boulevard, known for its restaurants, boutiques, bars, and galleries, is an easy trip away, along with the museums and dining of the downtown core. The wide sands of Fort Lauderdale Beach and the scenic waterways the city is famous for are well within reach for a day out. You'll find shopping and casual dining nearby, making it simple to settle in and explore at your own pace.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. No smoking is permitted indoors, with outdoor smoking allowed at least 10 feet from the building. A $500 fine applies for violations of the smoking policy. No parties or events are permitted, and any guest or group found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, with a $500 fine for violation. Guests must sign the rental agreement and check-in form before arrival. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the name on the reservation via message before receiving check-in instructions. One parking spot per reservation is available in the driveway for standard-size personal vehicles only; a $500 fine applies for violations. Exterior cameras capture and record audio and video, and any alteration of the security cameras will result in a $1000 fine. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check-out is at 11 AM. The pool and outdoor areas are shared with other guests on the property. It is unlawful for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed. Guests must refrain from leaving luggage or personal belongings upon checkout. Please treat the property as if it were your own for your enjoyment and future travelers.
Please note that the partner will place a $350 refundable authorization hold on a credit or debit card about 72 hours before arrival for security. If damages or policy violations occur, related charges may apply; otherwise, the hold is released after checkout and processed within 5-7 business days.
