The outdoor spaces are shared with the neighbors downstairs, and are good for gatherings and small celebrations The space is well appointed, allowing for a lot of privacy if you are sharing the unit with others. Lots of natural light and the Victorian design allows for passive solar temperature control. The whole unit is over 1300 square feet and is both inviting and warm as well as visually pleasing. Perfect for a couple, a family, or a roommate arrangement. Pets are welcome upon review. This is a no-smoking unit, though responsible tenants may smoke on the decks and in the yard.
