Jan 25, 2021It is a NIGHTMARE living here. Interior of the apartment if pretty but don’t let that fool you, I have faced infestation of cockroach and silverfish on my apartment, poor windows material – they refuse to change them, very poor sound isolation, garbage all over, dog poop all over, fire alarm ringing every single week for nothing, lack of security, cars always being towed, cars being broken into and the worst: TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT TEAM.
Aside from everything I have described, I have had many stolen packages, and their recommendation is to contact FedEx. This time my employer sent an expensive package to me and put it INSIDE a locker that should only be open with the proper code. 4 hours after I had received the code (I was not home) I went to pick it up and the package was gone. I talked to the company that controls the footage of the Locker and they told me that someone from the MANAGEMENT TEAM TOOK THE PACKAGE deliberately even though I had received it only a few hours prior. I went to confront them about this and they apologized, and said probably the package was returned back to the carrier by mistake. The funny thing is neither the tracking code was updated, nor the sender (MY EMPLOYER) received it back. I have talked first to TIM, CINDY, DEVYN, ANDREA and they have completely ignored my request to investigate this issue. Now the entire MANAGEMENT TEAM is completely hiding under COVID restrictions, not answering the door to the leasing office, not answering the phone during business hours, not replying to my emails. This is extremely frustrating, and I can assure you that I’m not the only one facing these issues, as I have encountered other residents on the leasing office door trying to resolve their problems unsuccessfully as well. Just do a quick search on Nextdoor to see what a terrible place this is.Â
Side note: I have talked to someone that moved in recently and she told me they are not giving the promised $1000 gift card after you move in, unless you complain on social media, what already reveals what type of people you would be dealing with if you rented an apartment here.
