This apartment is its own (entirely separate) downstairs unit within a 3-floor house with its own exclusive entrance from the back yard. The apartment is completely independent from the upstairs floors. Please also note the the apartment is rented FULLY FURNISHED. Rent also includes all utilities (gas, electricity, trash, water, security system, and HOA fees for rec center and two pools). Most months, the utilities and other fees add up to between $350-$500/month, so actual rent is comparable to a $2,000/month. Internet and streaming are not included. You will have full use of the huge backyard with waterfall, picnic table, porch swing, jacuzzi, grass lawn, trees, vegetable garden and open space on three sides. Internet, cable and satellite are not provided, (although ad shows satellite tv included). There are also 27 miles of walking and biking trails, 594 acres of open space and lakes, as well as two outdoor community swimming pools, community activities in the neighborhood. Parking is in the cul-de-sac (ad shows garage available, but it is only street parking). You will be responsible for keeping the unit clean and treating it well. The neighborhood and our house are quiet - great for someone working from home. Note that the owner's storage is in the basement utility room ... we will need to access it about once or twice a month, but we will confirm and schedule with tenant before going down. Definitely no smoking and only well-behaved pets would be considered. We already have one small sized (very friendly) dog who also uses the backyard . Downstairs does not have a separate thermostat, although the unit stays nice and cool in the summer. It can get colder in the winter, so we have provided three electric fireplaces, in case they are needed for extra warmth. The whole house has a security system - if desired, we will provide you with a fob, so that you can turn it on or off from basement. Call with any other questions; we look forward to meeting you!

Plenty of parking available in the cul-de-sac. Superior is only a 5 minute drive from Boulder and a 15-20 minute drive to Denver. It has a Costco, Target, Walmart, and the Flatirons Mall shopping center within a five minute drive. The Rock Creek neighborhood we live in has 27 miles of walking and biking trails, 594 acres of open space and lakes, as well as two outdoor community swimming pools, community activities, and a brand-new Community Center. Rent is $2,450/month and includes all water, trash, gas, and electricity. Additional $2,450 security deposit required upon signing of lease. No smoking. A well-behaved dog or cat would be permitted with an additional pet deposit, and we do have a small (friendly, no-fur) dog already!
