The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with tall trees. Quiet visitors like deer pass through from the common areas, and other small wildlife might be noticed. Utilities, WiFi, trash and general cleaning service are included. Saturday and Sunday mornings are best for viewing to decide whether it's the right space for you. Nearby: George Mason University Fairfax County Parkway to Reston Fair Oaks or Fairfax Corner Burke Lake Park for hiking, golf and biking Reston This bedroom suite is for single occupancy. No pets. No smoking. No access to the main house, for mutual privacy. Possible options: ~~If you are agreeable to sharing your bathroom during an occasional Saturday afternoon, the rent would be $30 less a month. Pet allergies? We have an indoor cat. Our two small dogs do not live in the main house; they are out in the backyard during the mornings and evenings. The HVAC filter is changed monthly and purifiers are around the house. Please complete your application before requesting to view the unit. A draft of the lease is available. Ideally, the rent-to-income ratio is 30% or less of your monthly gross income. Pay stubs, bank statements, and tax returns are the most widely accepted proof of income documents. Students under 21 must show part-time wages, work-study earnings, or a regular allowance deposited into their account.
