Lease terms

1. No smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco products inside the property. 2. No pets allowed. 3. No parties, large gatherings, or events without landlord approval. 4. Only tenants listed on the lease may reside at the property. 5. Overnight guests are not allowed. 6. Tenants must report leaks, plumbing issues, HVAC problems, and maintenance concerns within 24 hours of discovery. 7. No painting, drilling large holes, mounting TVs, or making alterations without written permission. 8. Tenants are responsible keeping the property reasonably clean and uncluttered. 9. Trash must be properly disposed of and not allowed to accumulate inside or outside the property. 10. Tenants are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their guests, or unauthorized occupants. 11. No illegal activity on the premises. 12. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
