Only approved tenants may live in property. No subletting or short term rentals (ie. Air BNB or any similar) No illegal activity. No commercial vehicles, boats or RV stored on property. Parking limited to driveway and garage. 60 day notice required for non-renewal. Rent may increase upon renewal with notice. Early termination fee: 2 months' rent. Move in inspection required. Professional cleaning required at move-out with inspection. Security deposit returned per Florida law timeline.
