Please be advised that before proceeding with the application process, all applicants must provide the following documents: Valid driver's license or government-issued photo ID Social Security card Three months of pay stubs or bank statements If the property meets your needs and you wish to proceed, an application will be provided for completion. We will then schedule a follow-up meeting at the property, where you will submit the completed application along with a $50 cash application fee. Once the application is submitted, the review process will commence, and a team member will reach out with further updates. Property Requirements: Maximum of one small dogs permitted Dogs must weigh less than 40 pounds No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises Property is for residential use only Subleasing is not permitted without written approval Unauthorized occupants are prohibited Tenant is responsible for maintaining the property in a clean condition and for damages beyond normal wear and tear Financial Information: Monthly rent: $900.00 Security deposit upon approval: $900.00 Applicants who do not fully meet qualification requirements may still be considered with an increased security deposit of up to $1,800.00 Non-refundable pet fee for the first pet: $300.00 Refundable pet deposit for the second pet: $200.00 Monthly pet rent: $50.00 per pet (maximum of two pets allowed) Qualification Criteria: Minimum credit score of 620 Gross monthly income must be at least three times the monthly rent ($2,700 gross monthly income) No evictions within the past three years No history of multiple evictions No recent bankruptcies No outstanding balances with utility providers No felony convictions for violent crimes Must pass background check Must pass credit check Screening Process Includes: Credit report review Criminal background check Income verification Rental history verification Lease Terms: Minimum one-year lease term required
