Maximum Occupancy for this home is 2 Adults and up to 4 children. Children living in the unit over the age of 19 must be approved. The home is total electric powered by Georgia Power. A/C & Heat provided by window/floor units. A Maximum 2 Pet Policy; $25 monthly pet fee per pet, no exceptions. No dogs over 75lbs, pit-bulls, bully mixes, or aggressive breeds allowed. All animals must be kept in the unit, leash must be used for walking to ensure recall, no outside dog pins allowed. Lease agreement INCLUDES: Lawn care. Each home has a dedicated Water Meter read monthly; water bill is included monthly rent with a .03 fee for every gallon used. Water meter reading provided monthly with the amount due. Water bill must be paid with monthly rent, no exceptions. Monthly trash pick up fee $20.00. All adults occupying tenants must be on the lease and have good and verifiable rental and employment history. A minimum of 12 months consecutive verifiable employment and $2275 per month income required to afford rent and utilities. A non-refundable individual rental application fee, background and credit check required per occupying adults on the lease. To move in the 1st month rent, last month rent and $550 security deposit required. If applicable, monthly pet fee also must be paid. The total move-in rent and deposits is $3,000. This home allows 2 parked vehicles. NOTE: No multi-family occupancy or sub-leasing allowed. If approved, the monthly rent will increase for additional adults added to the lease. Additional pre-paid rent deposit may be required if all of application requirements aren't met.
