Pets: * Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis only with prior written approval from the Landlord. * A non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent will apply if approved. * No cats permitted. No large or high-energy dog breeds (specifics discussed during approval). * All pets must be well-behaved, leashed when outside, and never left unattended. * You must agree to a Zero impact pet policy - meaning there will be no sign a pet was onsite upon departure, and you absolutely don't allow pets on furniture. You accept full liability for your pets.
