The living room has a remote controlled gas fireplace, streaming-ready flat screen and large sectional sofa. As in the bedroom downstairs the wall facing the ocean is floor to ceiling sliding glass doors with automatic shades, which open double wide onto the deck where you have a small firepit table, gas barbeque, 4 chairs and a couple umbrellas. Just an awesome spot for enjoying our beautiful Central Coast weather and scenery. The top floor of this property has the half bath, which is just up the steps from the kitchen, and the second bedroom which has a queen bed, no TV, but also has its very own en suite bath which features a shower/tub combo. Other great amenities included at this property are a reverse osmosis water filtration system, an instant & tankless hot water heater, and surf board racks in the garage.
