Lease terms
Rent will be reduced to $4950 for 12 month leases (not month-to-month). We prefer (3+month stays), open to some negotiation on the rent for longer stays of 4+ months. Minimum stay of 1-month due to zoning regulations. If you rent less than one year - the months of December, April, June, July, and August the rent increases to $6500/30 days, this can be negotiated on longer leases* Application required for all intended occupants age 18+. Utilities included (capped) & WiFi included. 100% no-smoking. Once approved there is a $49 reservation fee and a one time $350 cleaning fee in addition to the monthly rent and refundable security deposit. Stays of 3 months or longer will automatically require professional furniture and carpet cleaning, to be deducted from the security deposit. Shorter stays may require professional carpet and furniture cleaning depending on the condition of the premises upon departure but is not automatically charged.
