Welcome to your monthly rental! The monthly rent for December, January, February, March, and April is $10000 per month. The monthly rent from April to December is $2750 per month on 2 (two) monthly base. $1850/monthly rent for min of 5 months lease from April to December. In other words, a minimum of 2 months lease is required from April to December. If you choose to stay 5 months min, the monthly rent is $1850. If you choose to stay for 2 months, monthly rent is $2750. The rental terms are as follows: a minimum of 2 months, after which it becomes a month-to-month lease. Smoking and vaping are not allowed. Upon lease signing, first and last months' rent, along with a refundable $1000 security deposit, are required.
