AMAZING LOCATION Giant Porch 2 br 2ba furnished mountain side condo available Mid April through November 30th. Not available for winter rental. Great location, amazing views. Remodeled, nicely furnished. W/D, fireplace, 2 full bathrooms. Really nice place with great access to trails, main street etc. WI-FI, cable, and all utilities (except electric, which is not expensive) included. Walk out of the building and you are on the mountain at Park City for a perfect day of hiking, biking, or skiing; AND you can easily walk into town or grab the shuttle (we are a main hub) This refinished and remodeled condo is really nice and is fully equipped for everything you need to enjoy your stay. The finishes of this condo are simply top notch.
