This rental is fully furnished and move-in ready. It is rented month by month and perfect for mid-term rentals. MINIMUM STAY IS 30 DAYS. Theres a shopping center close by with Starbucks, Albertons Grocery, Super Walmart, and great local eateries. KICHEN & CAFECITO STATION: Kitchen is also fully equipped with all necessary kitchenware and a few other fun things to enjoy- a Cafecito station including coffee/Keurig combo, French press & a frother. DEDICATED WORKSPACE: There's also a dedicated workspace with a desk, chair & access to the computer. TV: The home is equipped with 1 smart TV in the living room. You may input your own login to access any apps. There are some traditional tv channels available for you to enjoy. WASHER/DRYER: Offers the convenience of doing laundry while your home, saving you time and energy.
