This studio is perfect for one person or one couple. Owner pays water and trash. Renter responsible for putting the Electricity and cable/wifi in their own name. Must be fully employed for last 3 years. Have no history of evictions. Sorry, no laundry facilities. But you could easily hook up a wash machine if you have one, in your back yard area. You would need to do this on your dime. Smoking allowed outside in your own back patio, or in the sitting areas around the property. The main house is occupied, yet very private and there is no day to day contact where you would feel like you live in a rented room or an apartment multi complex.
