Easy access to I-40, half hour to Kingman or half hour to Lake Havasu. Our studio sleeps up to two adults, has one bathroom, an indoor and outdoor shower, air conditioning and heating. Pets are allowed and horse stalls, arena, round pen are available for additional monthly rent. Additional storage available for boats, jet skis, trailers, RV's, work equipment, etc... for additional monthly fee. Enjoy the outdoors every day on the spacious covered patio/deck and nights in front of the fire pit stargazing. You can even plant your own garden and watch it grow! We would love to find a awesome handyman or handywoman to help out with our many projects on our 80 acres in exchange for monthly rent but it's not required. Seniors and retirees are also welcome! Immediate availability with 1st months rent of $750 and security deposit of $750 are required at move in. After you view and approve of the property, a rental application along with a background check ($50 fee), and current photo ID are required. Our standard Arizona lease agreement is on a yearly basis, NO short term or monthly rental. NO drugs or alcohol allowed on premises. Outdoor smoking is allowed.
