Tiny peaceful living This is a RURAL and TINY home. 16ft X 16ft with a 120 sq foot loft- so 400 sq feet. including loft. It has a full kitchen, bathroom (no soaking tub)shower only, washer/dryer, tiny living room, decent sized loft, and a covered front porch. This is truly TINY but cute living, perfect for a single nature lover or two persons at max. Please read all the way through this information BEFORE contacting me! The home has hardwood floors, corian counter tops, pedestal sink, wood wrapped windows, and a tiled shower/bathroom. There are lots of windows and light. There is a 8x12ft storage area with a couple of nice shelves for a little extra storage(where the well pressure tank is located). The cabin sits on approximately 2 acres of a 5 acre parcel with one other home. There is a privacy fence between the homes, and separate fencing giving privacy/separation.The previous tenant has created a chicken coop that will remain. The heat is provided through electric wall heaters, the small four burner range/oven is propane, and the hot water is electric.The little house is on a septic system and well, so there is no water or sewage bill, but renter is responsible for electricity, phone, propane for range and garbage. Also, will need to be aware of septic system and not flushing anything down but TP :). There is no or limited cell service, so to have cell service you would have to get internet service-or you could just have a landline. Renter must be willing to live in the country-its down a long dirt road- 15 minutes southeast of Yelm's city center (its in the country!), AND are ok with a 45 minute drive to a bigger city (Spanaway, Tacoma, Lacey, Tumwater, or Olympia). Check the drive via mapquest or similar before contacting me! (cross streets: Bald Hill road southeast and Longmire road southeast, Yelm 98597) The yard is currently not landscaped, but the grass around home does need to be maintained. Renter to maintain what is there. There is a little garden space and there is a seasonal pond on the property that is beautiful for watching wildlife. No smoking of any kind. No Drugs. Due to septic size and no actual bedrooms, no more than 2 person occupancy. You MUST have provable monthly income of at least 3 times the rent, have rental references, excellent or good credit, and be able to pass a background check. We require credit check through Zillow for all 18 and older, first months rent, and a $1500 damage deposit.
