Bright, tranquil, private desert view, newer 2 brdrm home on 2 acres in a beautiful neighborhood surrounded by Joshua trees, oak, manzanita and… pinion. Furnished, short term rental month to month. 31 days minumum. Fantastic location 5 minutes from Wrightwood, 10 minutes to ski hill. Cooler than lower altitudes but almost never have enough snow to shovel (twice in 13 yrs). More convenient to wider selection of Phelan shopping than Wrightwood central. House is in excellent repair, but outside areas are in the process of being landscaped and paved. Does not include garage, but circular drive provides tons of parking. Well behaved pets OK with additional security and rent. Piano negotiable (no extra charge, will explain during inspection)
