There is a zero turn cub cadet, self propelled gas mower and weed wacker for you to mow and trim the lawn in spring/summer for the property maintenance from May - September. Snow removal and Water are included in the rent. You will be responsible for Garbage and recycling. Garbage and recycling are taken to the Worcester Transfer Station open each Saturday 7:30 am -1pm about 2 miles from the house. Or you may use Casella Waste Management
