Rent is $5500 month with a 2-month minimum. Ideally we'd find long-term renters. Move in date is listed as October 1st but could be as early as September 18th. Utilities are a flat $275 per month which includes garbage, electric, water, internet, snow plow. Please note that winter heating costs can be higher, this based on actual usage provided on statement from Central Hudson. We require a 1-month security deposit, a rental agreement, and for renters to acquire renter's insurance. Pets Policy: The house has soft wood floors which scratch easily, so our standard answer is that they're not allowed. We're open to discussing pets but renters will have to be very careful about floor damage. Floor repairs can be costly so there will be an additional security deposit for pets PLEASE NOTE: there is also a 1-bedroom guest cottage on the property. For an additional $1,000/mo, this can also be included in the rental. Perfect for those traveling with family, or with frequent visitors.

The property is surrounded by 10 acres of gardens, majestic mountain views, with saline pool (open May-Sept), wood-fired sauna and more. Perfect for those working from home with wifi as well as internet ports in all rooms.
All of our appliances are new, including induction stove, ovens, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher and more. Giant windows admit light at every hour of the day, and were just installed this year.
The second floor has two bedrooms with queen beds, and a baby's room with crib. Each floor has a full bathroom with gorgeous tiling and details and a 2nd floor deck looks out on the mountains.
Internet and television with Roku are also provided, as well as electric car charger. Ample parking is provided in an unsheltered driveway.
We are just a 4 minute drive from Woodstock Center! There are 2-3 steps up on each entry way to access home.
