Inspired by the great outdoors, this home sits on a hillside with Pikes National forest out the back door and views of Pikes Peak from the front, this home seamlessly takes the beauty around it and brings it within the home. On the main level are a vaulted ceiling living room, 2 bedrooms, a full bath, kitchen, and walk-out access to a 375+ sqft front porch and back deck with outdoor dining area, hot tub, and fire pit (firewood not provided). Upstairs is the master suite with a large walk-in bathroom & private balcony. THIS HOUSE IS BROKEN DOWN INTO TWO SEPERATE UNITS. There is a private Airbnb in the basement and this Airbnb makes up the main level and 3rd-floor level. The driveway is shared with the basement Airbnb. The top portion of the driveway [by the garage] is for this unit, and the lower parking area [marked with a sign] is for the basement guests. Our neighborhood is quiet and very close to several cute shops and restaurants in downtown Woodland Park. We really enjoy Cafe Leo Coffee Shop, and Memorial Park. We are located 12 miles from the entrance of Pikes Peak, 17 miles from Garden of the Gods, and 19 miles from downtown Colorado Springs. Uber and Lyft are very limited in Woodland Park. It's easy to get a ride to the house, however, getting a ride from the property can be difficult. 4WD is highly recommended in the winter months. The driveway is quite steep, and although the driveway gets plowed (typically done in the mornings) when it does snow it can be difficult to drive up and even more challenging to drive down, especially when we receive snow after plowing has been completed. Please account for snow being present in the winter months (November-May). When in doubt please park at the bottom of the driveway along the main road. Travel insurance is recommended. As with any vacation, unexpected situations sometimes occur that can put a damper on even the best-planned trips. We stand by our firm by our cancelation policy and getting travel insurance is your best option for protecting your trip from the unexpected. For stays longer than 30 nights we do require a lease agreement, background check, copy of drivers license, and a one time insurance fee to be paid before your arrival. The one time insurance fee for stays 30-90 nights it will be an additional $750, 30-180 nights would be $1000, 30-270 nights would be $1250, and 270-364 nights would be $1500 Monthly Furnished and Short Term Rentals For 30 Nights Or More
