The master bedroom has plenty of closets, and it opens up into a master bath with generous counter space and a garden tub. Land-Lease Community. Wood Valley Estate homes are already affordable, especially as compared to other three-bedroom homes in this area, and are made even more so by the land-lease arrangement in this community. Owners simply rent the land that the home stands on, which reduces residents' housing budgets even further. On-site Management.
