Private Room Spacious private bedroom available in a clean, well-maintained home. Room is unfurnished, allowing you to set it up to your preference. Natural light, standard closet space, and comfortable layout suitable for one person. Shared Areas Tenants will have access to shared common areas, including: * Full kitchen * Refrigerator with designated storage space * Pantry access with assigned section * Washer and dryer (shared use) * Shared bathroom (kept clean and respected by all occupants) * Backyard access for relaxation or light use All shared spaces are expected to be kept clean, organized, and respectful of other household members. Kitchen Setup Each tenant will be assigned: * Dedicated cabinet space for dry goods * Designated refrigerator area Tenants are responsible for providing their own cookware, utensils, and personal kitchen items. Laundry Washer and dryer are available for tenant use. Laundry is first-come, first-served. Tenants are expected to remove clothes promptly after cycles are completed. Household Environment This is a quiet, clean, and structured home environment. Respect for shared spaces and consideration for others is required at all times. A child is present in the home part-time during the week, so all tenants must maintain appropriate noise levels and general awareness when applicable. Parking One parking space will be assigned per tenant. Parking is located on the right side of the property or designated street-front area as directed. The left side of the driveway is reserved. Quiet Hours 10:00 PM 8:00 AM daily. Additional consideration is required during times when the household is quieter or when the child is present.
