We have an attached and furnished in-law apartment made of one bedroom, living room, one bath, kitchen, laundry in the unit, 550 sq foot, ideal for one person. It has a private entrance and a courtyard. Available from June 1/2026. The rent is $1350 plus 20% of the electric bill. Water, sewer and trash is paid by the landlord. The landlord lives on site. Small trained dogs are allowed but there is a $500 pet deposit in case of damage. If your car has no oil leak, you can park it in the driveway otherwise you park on the street. This is a very good neighborhood and very close (5 to 7 minutes) to downtown Winter Garden and Winter Garden Village shopping center and restaurant. It's 20 minutes to Disney and universal studios, and downtown Orlando. It's 5 minutes to 429 and Turnpike. This is a nice and quiet neighborhood, therefor we require a one year lease for someone with a steady job and a fair credit, no criminal background.
