I have two bedrooms upstairs that are available so it would be the tenant's preference as to which one they desire. The other would be kept vacant for guests. There's also a full bathroom adjacement to one of the rooms with double vanity.

I currently live at the residence by myself with my new puppy (choc lab). My fiancee will stay at times and will eventually move into the house as well. I work alot and sometimes from home. I am from MS originally and have been in CO for 10 years now.
