Windmill Park Apartments

The Windmill Park is a newly renovated community that is conveniently located in north San Angelo just seconds away from the beautiful Kirby Park and minutes away from Goodfellow, the Coliseum, restaurants, bus stops, and Walmart and Family Dollar. Included in our renovation, our residents get to enjoy new light fixtures, new freshly coated paint in beautiful colors, and new carpet & wood laminate flooring. We have a beautiful swimming pool to ease that hot west Texas heat and we have 3 laundry room facilities with credit/debit card access for when you need to get all your laundry done at the same time. On top of all that we have very friendly office staff, extremely knowledgeable maintenance personnel.
