Located in an upscale and safe neighborhood with A+ rated schools in Windermere w/ walking trails, dog parks, swimming pool, and a nightly Disney firework show. Walking distance to restaurants, pool, stores, grocery store, gym, laundry services and much more. All furniture; TV, and kitchen supplies are included. You are welcome to move smaller items not needed into the garage and use your own while renting. Disney+, Hulu, HBO & Netflix subscriptions included on living room TV. Bedroom TV can be connected w/ fire stick, apple tv or Roku services. Wifi, TV subscriptions, utilities (elec & water), pest control, trash, and insurance are included. First month's rent of $1,600 is needed plus $1,600 deposit prior to move in date.
