This room is situated on the second floor of a large home occupied by the owners, where multiple rooms are leased to tenants. (For female, single occupancy, no pets or smoking)
Our country estate is situated on a spacious eleven acre property with a peaceful and picturesque view of a pond and farm scene in the front yard and beautiful views of the North Appalachian Mountain in the back yard. We're located within an upscale and safe neighborhood community, with two miles of private roadways for walking and exercising.
We live off Apple Pie Ridge Road in Winchester, Virginia and near Martinsburg, West Virginia. We're in close working proximity to Shenandoah University, Winchester Medical Center, and the Martinsburg VA Medical Center. Also, Briede Family Vineyards and Misty Mountain Meadworks are located within minutes drive from our home.
