Lease terms

Tenant will have to pass the back ground and credit checks through the Zillow application process --BEFORE-- a viewing is approved. This is a family area, and it is important to know that potential tenants have been approved before access to the property. The Zillow application process is not limited to one property and remains active for any property inquiries for thirty days if this property ends up not being the right fit for you. This rental price DOES NOT include the following utilities: Water, Trash/Recycle, Electricity. This rent price also includes yard care, the home coming furnished and shorter term options of a minimum of 6 months or a 12 month lease, but a lease is required. Inquire for a price that includes utilities, inquire and/or for the option of renting furnished, as that can be considered for an adjusted rent price. A lease for the length of time agreed upon by the landlords and tenant will be signed with normal expectations to protect the property, neighbors, tenants, etc. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or CATS, no exceptions. The owners have serious smoke and cat allergies. There will be a financial penalty for early termination as with any lease, that will be dependent on the longevity of the lease. A serious tenant who has filled out the Zillow background check and application and has viewed the property will be furnished a lease to consider, with landlords willing to answer questions. First month's rent and security deposit is due at the time of signing to begin the agreement.
