No Pets - 1.5 month's security deposit and first month's rent required to move in. Must provide proof of income to support rent and must show 2 months of pay check stubs. Photo Drivers license and social security number are required for all adults who will be living at unit with proof of current address and birth date. Must have a 2nd proof of address that shows current address is the same. (if no driver's license, will accept other official United States photo proof of identity and birth date).
